We think they liked us. 
11/26/2011: Effective immediately, due to the repeated damages/spillage being incurred by shipping the paints in Small Flat Rate Boxes, we will no longer be using these boxes or offering this service.
This unfortunately will mean higher shipping costs on smaller orders, but I can’t continue to absorb the expense of lost inventory due to sending out replacement bottles and the additional expense of added postage.
